Enjoy a free, light, 45‑minute cardio class designed to improve balance and flexibility. Led by Kathy Merritt, who brings over 30 years of experience in teaching a wide range of aerobic fitness programs. This upbeat, praise‑filled session can be done sitting or standing to match your comfort level. Wear flexible clothing, bring water, and come experience the Joy of the Lord while boosting your health.

ADULT VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

Join us for three uplifting mornings filled with faith, fun, and fellowship. Adult VBS offers meaningful Bible teaching, joyful music, and a welcoming community where friendships grow and hearts are encouraged.
Expect engaging lessons, senior‑friendly activities, and a joyful atmosphere that will leave you encouraged and connected.
