Enjoy a free, light, 45‑minute cardio class designed to improve balance and flexibility. Led by Kathy Merritt, who brings over 30 years of experience in teaching a wide range of aerobic fitness programs. This upbeat, praise‑filled session can be done sitting or standing to match your comfort level. Wear flexible clothing, bring water, and come experience the Joy of the Lord while boosting your health.

WOMEN'S EVENING BIBLE STUDY
Thursdays, September 3, 2026 to October 8, 2026 at 6:00pm
Working women, busy women, Godly women, all women join us for the Women’s Evening Bible Study. The study from Lifeway Women’s book entitled “Friends and Sisters” promises to bring us closer to Jesus on a more personal and practical level and better understand what His design for friendships and sisterhood looks like in the church. Books will be available for $10.00 on the first night.
